ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2020
United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2020, 15,159 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2020 on 1,458 campuses across 135 nations. 80 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 1,000+ Millennium Fellows. The Class of 2020 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Life on land
This project is based on life on land. Joshua aims at using social networking to enlighten the society on the dangers of extinction of animals, what zoonotic diseases are and how to prevent these diseases for promotion of both human and animal health. He will also use his skills as a frontend developer to reach out to thousands of people and believes this will yield feasible results.
About the Millennium Fellow
Osunlakin Joshua Olumide is a Veterinary medical student of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun state, Nigeria. He is passionate about seeing animals and humans healthy. He enjoys coding and enlightening people.
