" My excitement for being a Millennium Fellow stems from the fact that this is an amazing opportunity to learn from as well as work side by side with people of like minds to make long lasting positive impact in the health sector. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Sustainable Health Initiatives

The Sustainable Health Initiatives is an organisation focused on promoting good health and wellness for all by carrying out three fundamental works.

First, creating awareness on both communicable and non-communicable diseases. Second, advocating for and organising screening and vaccination exercises. Third, prompt referal to the appropriate health facilities for confirmatory tests and professional health management.

Our goal is to reach out to at least 1000 individuals through both our physical and online activities. On our social media platform, we will address one health topic every week to create awareness and demystify myths. In the near future, we hope to extend our work to all parts of the country.
