Millennium Fellowship Project: Healthy Me

Healthy Me is an all-inclusive, goal directed program for the society, precisely young people. It comprises physical, mental, social health geared at creating awareness of health retardation through commonly overlooked areas such as nutrition, physical activity and social connectedness. It intends to make young people realize the need for life long happiness with good health. In tackling this problem, Healthy Me would include health educational reform, mentorship and support groups. The aims are to promote healthy body image, physical activity, mental health awareness as well as dietary modification to prevent and better manage diseases. It would run both physically and virtually. The target is to reach and impact about 1500 young people. It would involve a multidisciplinary approach thus a resource intensive project as it would require hardwork/dedication, time, funds, partnership from relevant bodies and individuals.
