" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it gives me an opportunity to not only develop my leadership skills but create positive change in my community by helping reduce the stigma that surrounds mental health. It is something very important to me and this fellowship is my way of giving back! "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Mental Health Services Utilization

My project is about conducting outreach efforts in creative and inclusive ways that raise awareness of and advocate for college students' mental health needs, especially within my campus. This project is aimed to empower ALL students to take initiative of their mental health without any shame, guilt, or fear of stigma.
