Millennium Fellowship Project: Project R.I.S.E.

Project R.I.S.E. (Raising awareness. Imparting knowledge. Serving society. Educating people) is an initiative taken by a group of 8 Millennium Fellows of 2021 from Amity University Mumbai. We are working towards SDG 4: Quality Education and UN Academic Impact Principle #3 Education for All. Unlike traditional education, our team believes in holistic education where all types of needs of a person are catered to. This contributes to the overall development of a student and helps them grow mentally, physically, and socially. Our team had envisioned a few projects for the period of September to November 2021, that we believe have the potential to create a small, but the meaningful impact in the lives of the people we serve. This includes a donation drive, a series of educational webinars with emphasis on vocational training, and the publishing of an E-Book which will cover information and articles on all necessary topics that our project intends to spread awareness about.
