" Through the course of this fellowship, I aim to get a better understanding of the status quo pertaining to the global inequalities among different countries and how the UN's Sustainable Development Goals play a huge goal in bridging this gap. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Lakeer

Project Lakeer aims to empower women belonging to different under- privileged backgrounds by providing them with vocational training that helps them curate different handmade products that can be sold. They will not only have creative freedom, but also be provided with raw materials . The training provided to them will help them gain the necessary skill set required to curate handmade products. As the team of Project Lakeer, our aim will be to celebrate these women by selling their products in the market and providing them with all the profits.
