" In recent times, along with one of my trustworthy colleagues, I have begun working to address problems concerning decent growth and versatility among vulnerable groups. We came up with our pioneering initiative Shirsho, which aims to empower and equip transgender individuals with the necessary resources required for decent career growth. With our broad variety of programs, including exclusive career recruiting procedures, video-based skill training workshops, and immersive social awareness initiatives, we look forward to providing this targeted group with the opportunity to discover their own latent ability to make a difference in both their lives and their respective communities.

I want to be an asset to my country and introduce emergent solutions to problems that have not been addressed yet. I want to be a crucial part of the journey towards building long-awaited Digital Bangladesh. As a member of the national ICT Division here, I have the opportunity to work with the best minds and people who can drive changes. As a Millennium Fellow, I would use my newly profound experience for the greater good as well as build strong connections with participants who share the same vision as me. Together, we would be able to execute plans which will be beneficial for all. I will utilize my strong network in Bangladesh from the ICT division to reimagine and reconstruct the social infrastructure. By 2030, Bangladesh is planning to proceed with Vision 2030, and, using my involvement with the Millennium Fellowship Program, I want to be a proficient leader for the country who will bring change and makes people's lives easier through further initiatives in the near future. "
