" Being the class representative, student council representative, a member of various committees in and out of college, I have a passion for people and an ability to effectively communicate. I have an edge to influence, guide, and lead my team and these are the three characteristics I hold up to. Through my dedicated focus, discipline, and hard work I am confident enough that this fellowship would help me enhance my skills and leave a trail of best practices in persuasive leadership for my fellow mates and I will continue to set the bar higher. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Bibliotèach
Project Bibliotèach was conceived in June 2021 to proliferate the benefits of education across students in India. We realised the need for practical education that targeted underprivileged students. These students may or may not have had access to formal education, but regardless of their current educational status, we encourage them to think beyond the limits of rote learning. What started as an idea between some students soon transformed into a full-fledged project, Bibliotéach. We aim to advance SDG 4 (Quality education) and UNAI (United Nations Academic Impact Principles) 2 - Capacity building.
