" I am extremely humbled at being accepted as a Millennium Fellow. I look forward to working with people who are passionate about the same thing as I am. I aim to be a lifelong student here by learning continuously from those around me and never losing the curiosity which would thereby allow me to give back to the community I am working for. I look at this opportunity not as a job of it's own, but as a a calling and a passion. Greatness comes not from a particular position but by helping build a future. I look at my responsibility as a challenge to pave the way for possibilities for those who are younger and deprived of some of the basic needs such as education, to rise above and shine. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Bibliotèach

Project Bibliotèach was conceived in June 2021 to proliferate the benefits of education across students in India. We realised the need for practical education that targeted underprivileged students. These students may or may not have had access to formal education, but regardless of their current educational status, we encourage them to think beyond the limits of rote learning. What started as an idea between some students soon transformed into a full-fledged project, Bibliotéach. We aim to advance SDG 4 (Quality education) and UNAI (United Nations Academic Impact Principles) 2 - Capacity building.
