Millennium Fellowship Project: MAINEly
MAINEly Sustainable is an interdisciplinary environmental project aiming to educate local Mainers about various environmental issues specific to Maine. The project consists of two components, an informative website and an interactive mural that has a scannable QR code, bringing the viewer to the MAINEly Sustainable website. Through the utilization of various media and disciplinary fields of study the hope is to bring attention to multifaceted environmental issues in Maine. The website is aspiring to act as a resource, drawing attention to the topics at hand, rather than an expert analysis of Maine-based environmental issues. The project seeks to increase environmental literacy in Maine and provide a space to post helpful resources.
