Millennium Fellowship Project: Shikkhai Shobar Mukti
Shikkhai Shobar Mukti,' a project to help rural society led by millennium fellow Tasnim Rahman Nafis, aspires to provide universal education and eliminate gender discrimination. This project is directly related to SDG 4 and indirectly to SDGs 1, 2, and 5, and its purpose is to reach out to underserved rural populations and educate them about the significance of education.
About the Millennium Fellow
Tasnim Rahman Nafis is an undergraduate student born in the Jamalpur district of Bangladesh. Nafis is currently studying in the Department of Public Administration, University of Chittagong. From an early age, he has been aware of the financial struggles of those around him in Bangladesh Due to which the suffering of these people moved him from the bottom of his heart. And he is trying to find a way to free people from the curse of poverty. He has been working for the socio-economic development of the people of the society, education, and elimination of gender inequality by joining various social development programs from a young age. Nafis intends to continue working towards this aim through the Millennium Fellowship to play a significant role in the development of the country and human civilization.
