Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Educating Buds
It has rightly been remarked, “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.” Education is the root for the social, economic and political well-being of netizens. Project Educating buds has been working to inspire young enthusiastic individuals to extend their knowledge to children who are in need of education and skill. The pre-existing education gap prevalent in India was widened by the digitally divisive pandemic. The project connects the youth with changemakers so that they get inspired and take small steps in their part and can bring a change. Moreover, it involves students to directly converse and educate students in their surroundings. It also has set up capacity building and personality development workshops to empower proactive students. We encapsulate a vision of collaborating more and more with students from across borders. . We have impacted over 200 students via capacity building programmes and over 60 underprivileged kids as of now. We aim to connect over 1000 students and 150 kinds by end of next year. Hence the goal of the project is to advance SDG- 2:ZERO HUNGER, SDG:4 Quality Education, SDG 10: Reduced Inequality, SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals and UNAI Principles #3: Education for All. With our fearless hearts and integrated efforts, we aim to achieve equality in education.
