" I am thrilled to be a part of the Millennium Fellowship and look forward to connect, interact and learn from like-minded fellows with the objective to bring in a change in the society at large.
The knowledge and experience gained through this fellowship will surely equip me to imbibe the required skill sets to boost my social impact.
The contemplation of what a wonderful world it would be when we achieve each of the sustainable development goals drives me to play my part as well as motivate others to work towards advancing the cause of the SDGs and UNAIs. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Sustainealth: Towards a Sustainable & Healthy Future
Covid and the effects of Climate Change has taught the world how essential it is for everyone to look after not only their own health but also that of the environment. There is a popular saying in hindi "Boond boond se sagar banta hain" translating to every small droplet counts to make an ocean. Similarly every small step counts in the move to a more sustainable and healthy world. Thus Sustainealth aims to educate people on what steps they can take at an individual and community level to lead a healthy life and steer the world to a sustainable future.
Sustainealth is an independent project by Millenium Fellow Astha Mukherjee. Under this project, a guide to sustainable and healthy living has been curated , which is accessible at the website https://sustainealth.wordpress.com/
