" It is only the availability of quality education that can help one achieve their goals. Being a part of this fellowship will enable me to spread awareness about the same and build a community that will actively work towards the overall development of students. I am excited to collaborate, formulate ideas and build lasting relationships with other Fellows, mentors, and alumni. It will enhance my leadership skills and help bring my social impact to a higher pedestal. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Adhyayan
Project Adhyayan aims to further the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4- Quality Education. We aim to nurture young minds in their foundation years so that they become aware citizens of tomorrow. We provide them with not only academic support but other activities which help in the holistic development of children. Organising sessions for volunteers, especially women to better understand the needs of young minds is another way we aim to further our goal. Using our two-pronged approach, in the short span of 2 months, we have successfully held 4 webinars attracting a total audience of 300+ and conducted 1 session with 50+ underprivileged students. The webinars covered topics like " How to engage students in online activities", "Getting started with social work" and " Mindfulness activities" etc. We aim to empower future leaders with a mind full of ideas and a heart full of hope. Our social media presence positively impacted over 8,000 people.
