ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2021

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In 2021, over 25,000 young leaders on 2,000+ campuses across 153 nations applied to join the Class of 2021. 136 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 2,000+ Millennium Fellows. The Class of 2021 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Be My Light

I am working on a project that includes a team of volunteers who would faclitate visually impaired university student i their studies. This project aim to help these students and maximize their participation in academics.

About the Millennium Fellow

Sofia Noor is a passionate young leader from Pakistan who is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Computer Science. Noor is an Avid reader, who aspires to be a writer and activist for human rights, especially women's rights and education. Her passion for serving her community formed the very foundation of her role as a young activist. From a young age, she worked as a volunteer for different social programs to mobilize youth in her region. Over the years, she has covered many social issues in her personal writings and has also been a member of a number of local and international social organizations. In the future, she aims to cultivate her advocacies professionally as a full-time career.
