Millennium Fellowship Project: SDG Sensitization
For so long, in our country, coming to college has been seen as "for Academics" only. While that's a major reason for studying in college,it is
important to note that soldiers do not prepare for battles at the war front. Hence, we decided to take a different path, in showing our passion for the advancement of SDG4. The goal this time around was to let students understand the concept of SDGs, importance and applications of SDGs, while citing the Millenium Fellowship as an example of platform for advancement of the SDGs.
With over 24,000 students on our campus, we dimmed fit to educate these students on the subject matter and help them prepare for life after college! Our goals were achieved using the following mediums:
1.) Faculty orientation programs for freshmen.
2.) Departmental and faculty programs for students.
3.) Person-to-person sensitization.
