ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2021

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In 2021, over 25,000 young leaders on 2,000+ campuses across 153 nations applied to join the Class of 2021. 136 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 2,000+ Millennium Fellows. The Class of 2021 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

I work with 20+ students to help remove invasive species from the Georgia Tech ecocommons.

About the Millennium Fellow

Donald Gee is a Civil Engineering student at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. He is originally from Des Moines, Iowa and his career goal is to be an expert in water and sustainability. Through science, engineering, influencing policy, and inspiring people, he hopes to help develop mutually beneficial practices that farmers, cities, and rural communities can implement to improve water quality because we all live downriver from someone.

He is also a musician and comedian and enjoys performing at sustainability focused events.
