ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2021

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In 2021, over 25,000 young leaders on 2,000+ campuses across 153 nations applied to join the Class of 2021. 136 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 2,000+ Millennium Fellows. The Class of 2021 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Housing for All

Educational project focused on educating high school and college student on housing issues. This project works with local, grassroots organizations to create a curriculum that will inform students on issues that exist in Atlanta, what resources are accessible, and how they can get involved.

About the Millennium Fellow

Suhani Patel is a fourth-year student at Georgia Tech, pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in water and environmental systems. Suhani has a deep interest in finding the intersection between social justice, community relations, and engineering. She believes this intersection is the key to finding sustainable solutions to many issues such as, housing inequality, clean water and sanitation, and renewable energy.
