" The Millennium Fellowship is a great oppurtunity to make a difference on a greater scale. The project #Shame is a social construct was borne out of empathy and the need to break the culture of silence and shame associated with mental health. I hope to inspire people to have open and unashamed conversations, and also know where to seek for help when faced with a mental health issue. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: #Shame is a social construct

The project provided a safe space for people with mental health issues to speak up,have a support group and know how to access the resource to ask for help.
