" I believe we need more local leaders empowered by right knowledge and exposure to fuel real change. This belief stems from my own desire to compound my skills and impact on society. I believe the Millennium Fellowship will be the perfect opportunity to do that. It will also add an extra layer of credibility to all of my work. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Sign With Us

Sign With Us is an initiative that aims to work for individuals with hearing and speech impairment by spreading Indian Sign Language based literacy amongst academics, corporates and general communities. This will aid multilingual and inclusive learning in Indian academic institutions. Which connects to SDG 4 i.e quality education and SDG 10 i.e Reduced Inequality. Alongside, we aim to sensitise corporates to help the hearing and speech impaired communities get equal opportunities to build a career. This would support them to become financially independent.
