" The fellowship would allow me to use the resources, mentorship, global network of likeminded youth and the collective effort of my peers to collaborate, lead, learn and contribute to creating effective and long-lasting impact. The skills of capacity building, organisational leadership, negotiating consensus between independent bodies, facilitating community action and networking that I learn through the course of this fellowship will greatly aid me in my future work.
