" The fellowship would allow me to use the resources, mentorship, global network of like-minded youth and the collective effort of my peers to collaborate, lead, learn and contribute to creating effective and long-lasting impact. The skills of capacity building, organisational leadership, negotiating consensus between independent bodies, facilitating community action and networking that I learn through the course of this fellowship will greatly aid me in my future work and development of this initiative. My future work will also greatly benefit from the associations I make with leaders and other fellows, their unique perspectives and experiences. "
