The skills of capacity building, organisational leadership, negotiating consensus between independent bodies, facilitating community action and networking that I learn through the course of this fellowship will greatly aid me in my future work and development of this initiative. My future work will also greatly benefit from the associations I make with leaders and other fellows, their unique perspectives and experiences. "
