Indraprastha College for Women | New Delhi, India | Advancing SDG 3 & UNAI 3

" Being certified as a Millennium Fellow has a
significant and distinctive distinction that one
can ever have. Like others, I also cherish
being a part of the Millennium Fellowship
because it will provide a broad platform for my
project to become a reality when it happens.
So as to create a significant impact on the society one need to
work with powerful organization. Thus, the
Millennium Fellowship would act as a catalyst
in creating awareness and the project would
gradually take shape accordingly under the
proper guidance of the mentors. As a
Millennium Fellow, we will develop our skills,
take concrete action, and earn a certificate of
recognition from United Nations Academic
Impact and MCN. Also, looking at the phase of
self development it will provide a broad range
of opportunities, insights and experiences for
my future goals. It will also give a great chance
to build a network across the world. The
fellowship will add expectation to my resume
and provide a sphere where I can develop my
leadership skill and encourage myself to
become bold and good speaker. Lastly, it
would be a great stage to learn, evolve and
gain. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Agaah
Project Agaah in lucid terms can be delineated as a student-led programme that aims to make people aware of the problems faced by teenagers and young adults due to lack of sexual knowledge, educating the youth about safe sexual practices, consent, gender equity and embracing the importance of normalizing the feminine sexual needs.
About the Millennium Fellow
Stuti Nainwal is a hard-working student who tries to invest 100% of their time in the field of their choice. She's one of the brightest students. She represents humility, empathy and inclusiveness as a central element of her work. She's Comfortable in Communicating about Diversity and Inclusion. Having frank and earnest discussions about diversity and inclusion can take some people outside of their comfort zones. She's extremely motivated and always puts her best effort into classroom assignments and everything.
She also encourages people to Speak Up. I can assure you that she's honest to herself, and I believe that apart from all the skills, being honest to yourself is one of the essentials to be a member of any team. She doesn’t shy away from doing the works that are expected from her. She'll do everything that is right to do. Basically, I want to say that yes, she won’t lie to someone for her team; but she’ll save her team going into a situation where they have to lie. She integrates possibilities to try their best to make things. She's an organized, determined, respectful and a responsible student.
She always tries to put her best foot forward and carve out time for the needs of her batchmates and teachers.
