UNITED NATIONS ACADEMIC IMPACT AND MCN PROUDLY PRESENT DENNIS YISHENG DANIEL, A MILLENNIUM FELLOW FOR THE CLASS OF 2021.
Kaduna State University | Kaduna, Nigeria | Advancing SDG 3 & UNAI 1
" My primary goal ever since I was a kid has always been to be able to provide a safe space for underserved children and women, and over the years I've been building my strength in that area. Some of the Millennium Fellowship goals are in alignment with mine and this has made me feel that becoming a fellow wouldn't only expose me to more ideas and knowledge, it'll also give me an enabling environment where I may get to implement the little I've garnered to better the lives of people around me.
Team work isn't the greatest of my qualities, so I intend to use this fellowship to work also on my personal development. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Save The Woman "STW"
The project SAVE THE WOMAN is focused mainly on how to tackle the issue of maternal mortality and childbirth related complications such as vaginal tear and fistulas by either totally eradicating or minimizing the numbers in our target population. No woman deserves to die or get impaired while trying to maintain the natural course of life.
