About the Millennium Fellow

Isaac Brian Kipruto is currently pursuing his undergraduate in B.A psychology in Kenyatta University.

After joining the university, Isaac successfully passed his interview to join the Peer counselling program where they have been at the forefront at campaigning about mental health awareness. As a result of his skills and passion, Isaac has proven to be more than effective towards achieving the group’s main objective; promoting awareness on mental health especially among the youth.

For most of the time Isaac has spent with the Peer counselling community, he has successfully managed to help out a number of colleagues who were dealing with mental health related issues.

His long term objective is to find a way of improving the delivery of counselling services among the youth by telecounseling as he seeks to make a contribution to UN Sustainable Development Goals: Goal 3 which aims to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.
