" I consider myself lucky to be accepted in the Millennium Fellowship. I am so excited to work and meet with many students from different campuses, and I am grateful that I will have this opportunity! Besides, I am eager to widen and develop my project, gain experience and expand my knowledge. Thus, I feel I would be able to give a helping hand to society, and share this occasion with them. "

About the Millennium Fellow
Mariam Tabaja is a second-year student at the Lebanese American University. She is majoring in Economics and wants to pursue a minor in political science/international affairs. The passion and ambition to achieve her dreams are the first leading seeds behind engaging in several volunteering activities. Not only because of that, but she also loves to discover new things, participate in community service tasks, and learn new languages. She is a believer; she believes that someday she will be what she wants and not what others want her to be.
