ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2021

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In 2021, over 25,000 young leaders on 2,000+ campuses across 153 nations applied to join the Class of 2021. 136 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 2,000+ Millennium Fellows. The Class of 2021 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Eradicating Illiteracy and Promoting Lifelong Education (EIPLE)

Eradicating Illiteracy; promoting lifelong Education (EIPLE)
Brief description of EIPLE
Eradicating Illiteracy; Promoting Lifelong Education (EIPLE) is an independent project led by Millennium Fellow Noragbai P Naimah that addresses issues of illiteracy and gender inequality in education through advocacies, awareness and symposiums in order to advance the Sustainable Development Goal #4.
The project aims to engage with members in Montserrado County specifically (Students, Parents, Faculties and Stakeholders) to promote Literacy and stop Gender inequality in education. EIPLE is a long term project from now to 2035. The first edition of project EIPLE is intended to be implemented from October 12, – November 27, 2021.
During the Millennium Fellowship period, project EIPLE will host symposium and communities awareness to speak to students and the wider communities to promote Education and stop inequality in education.

About the Millennium Fellow

Noragbai P Naimah is a student at the University of Liberia with a Demography major and Economics minor. He is a 2020 fellow of the YALI Regional Leadership Center Accra Ghana and an Ambassador of the World Literacy Foundation. Naimah is the founder and CEO of a Student Activist organization that promotes the SDGs goal #4 called Youth for Quality Education.
