" I am so excited to be part of the Millennium Fellowship for the class of 2020.
The Millennium Fellowship is a great opportunity for me to work for a good cause. I believe that education is the best opportunity to elevate oneself from the social and economic conditions and so, I wish to empower children to pursue education in a way that learning becomes creative and holistic. I am excited to be a part of this and look forward to putting my skills into practice. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Techiegram

Techiegram is an online learning community that mainly targets technical skill development on-demand, advocating for SGD 4: Quality Education. The access to the community would be free of cost and open to learners of all age groups irrespective of their geographical location or financial background. Statistics show that if all children were educated with basic reading and writing skills, the world's poverty could be reduced by 15%. Imparting technical education to children in under-developed areas can bring about a major change in their life as well as in the community around them. Learners can join the community by simple registration via our website where information on the aim of our project, contact details of the organizers and mentors, notifications regarding the events and classes are available.

The community would be organized using social media handles. We would be providing live interactive online classes on various technologies. Recorded classes will be made available on our YouTube channel. We aim to serve as a helping hand to crane unprivileged people from poverty, by empowering them with technical skills. With these skills, they can gain better jobs but moreover, they can use these skills to bring about development in the poor community around them.
