In 2021, over 25,000 young leaders on 2,000+ campuses across 153 nations applied to join the Class of 2021. 136 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 2,000+ Millennium Fellows. Millennium Fellowship Project: GuleShaoor
Every year, thousands of students get above 90% marks in exams and want to serve Pakistan in the best way possible but unfortunately, there is no proper system of finding a career that is best suited for them according to their personality, skills and interest. GuleShaoor aims to create a bridge between socially conscious professionals who are willing to give back through their time and knowledge, and students who seek mentorship and counselling for their professional grooming. Millennium Fellows Izza Gul Awan, Alvina Malik and Zain Sajid hope to make an impact on lives of 300+ young students through this project by their collective power.
About the Millennium Fellow
Zain Sajid has been in love with video games and technology ever since he was a child, that is why he chose to pursue a degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology in Islamabad. He has always believed that encouraging and motivating others can give them the one last push that they need to achieve success and that is why leadership is all about empowering others for him. He believes that education is one such tool that can help empower others and improve their quality of life drastically. That is why he aims to use technology to improve the quality of education being provided.
