Millennium Fellowship Project: Talk With Your Hands
Talk With Your Hands is an initiative to educate the public, especially children, on the basics of Indian Sign Language to bridge the communication gap between the deaf and hearing communities in India.
About the Millennium Fellow
Aditi Athreya is a dedicated biotechnology student at PES University. She was born in England and moved to India at eight years old to be around her family. Aditi has always been passionate about equality, especially when it comes to disabled youth in India. She aspires to work professionally with disabled children all around the world and bridge the gap between the differences in accessibility of quality education and resources for disabled and abled children.
