Millennium Fellowship Project: Svastha
Project Svastha is an initiative to create awareness of and bring light to the dangers of malnutrition, and seek simple and economical ways to curb it in countries where it affects a major portion of the population. It focuses on the feasibility of SCP and other similar, easily available and sustainable resources as a means of curing malnutrition, which is a global crisis, and affects every country in the world, in one form or another.
About the Millennium Fellow
Bhoomika Vinod is an Undergraduate student majoring in Biotechnology at PES University in Bengaluru, India. She is looking to obtain a career in the biomedical field.
Highly inquisitive, she is always curious about the whys and hows of that which intrigues her , and will often not relent unless having found the answers she seeks.
Having grown up in the United States and travelled to more than 15 countries from a very young age, she has an expansive appreciation for different cultures and traditions, and is always looking forward to the next adventure.
