" Communication is not only the essence of being human, but also a vital property of life. I believe that the Milennium Fellowship will help me gain perspectives of, understand and engage with people all around the world. It is truly an honour to be a part of a community that commits to see global development. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Creating Horizons

Creating Horizons is a guidance platform with a motive of enhancing the quality of education. What we wish to achieve through our project is to teach people how to break down concepts, starting from the roots by providing a platform to unite interested individuals to reach out and learn from others. We intend to present ideas, techniques and methods rather than ‘textbook content’ that will help learners to understand better and choose what is right for them and develop skills accordingly. By doing so, we are trying to make our learners independent and take the society forward as a whole. We also intend to approach students who do not have access to education in the present times and those from lower socio-economic background through this project. Like Nelson Mandela said “Education is the most powerful weapon with which you can change the world.” We imbibe knowledge not just by studying but by learning and then applying it to help the society in terms of advancements and technological development etc.
