" Even the smallest act of kindness can go the longest way. Giving back and helping others is something I have always been passionate about. I learned my true passion and calling in life through community service, and seeing the difference one can make is exceptional. My goal is to help others find the same love in volunteerism in ways that relate to their own passions and interest. I hope to be a guide in someone's life in something positive, that leads to a chain reaction of change. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Community & Me

Community & Me is an online resource that helps you find organizations to volunteer at and ways you can help make a difference. It includes over fifty local organizations and their contact information for you to easily access and find. The organizations are spilt into categories to help you find causes you are most passionate about. Each organization is listed with a brief description, address, phone number, and/or email, as well as a link to their website where you can find more information about them. I am always on the lookout to share local events and fundrasiers going on our FaceBook page so others are aware of all the volunteer opportunities they can do. Community & Me believes living a life focused beyond one's personal needs enables you to better serve the people around you and make the world a better place. Community & Me hopes to serve young leaders and activists a positive, inspiring platform to meet new people, gain new skills, and form new memories, all while giving back to others and their community.
