Millennium Fellowship Project: LH²O
LH²O is a student initiative originating from four SciencesPo Paris, campus of Le Havre students, resolutely willing to act for social and environmental change in the maritime city of Le Havre by advancing UN SDGs 12 and 13. Throughout 2021, the initiative has strived to implement broadly-reaching cultural, artistic and pedagogical initiatives, among which our main ambition is a participative photo exhibition showcasing Le Havre's unique and inspirational nature with contributions from both students and citizens. Testimonies, insights and reflections upon the two themes given “Sea You” and “Entre Ciel & Mer” will be displayed with the photos concurrently with a short documentary comprising citizens and local actors of change’s interviews on their relation to water and the sea.
About the Millennium Fellow
Ariane Perrin is a bright, young, and conscious student at the Institut d’Etudes Politique de Paris (Sciences Po). She was born in Thailand, raised in Malaysia, and is currently studying in Le Havre, France, making her a true citizen of the world. Thus, she was exposed to growing problematics such as global warming, and racial discrimination since her young age, developing her urge to fight for environmental protection, justice and equality. Her motivation and her dedication can be showed by her active participation in the city ecologic life and her involvement in social justice projects.
