" My passion for the Millennium Fellowship is driven by my love for empathetic leadership. By driving a social impact project, I, as a young global citizen, get a chance to view the world I live in, in a different light – that of the lives the Millennium Fellowship positively impacts. And of course, the chance to interact with and learn from committed and passionate Fellows from all corners of the world! "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Plateforme des Initiatives Sociales et d'Entrepreneuriat

PISE is a programme seeking to tackle socio-economic problems by developing innovative ideas into initiatives and startups by students of the Sciences Po Le Havre campus. This will happen in 12 week programmes consisting of theoretical sessions where participants are taught business and social fundamentals to help them build their initiative, experiential sessions where students engage with local communities to understand the local manifestation of the problem they feel passionate about. Finally, through this process we aim to provide students with mentors ‚ practitioners ‚who will work with the students to structure their enterprises, get personalised feedback on their progress, and help implement the initiatives into real surroundings. The goal of the programme is to integrate our campus better into the Le Havre city, by making students more aware and concerned about this microcosm, and helping them to actively seek solutions to socio-economic challenges felt by the residents of the city.
