" The Millennium Fellowship will aid in all the social skills required to be a successful leader. Some of those skills being creative and diverse thinking, time management and being a meaningful member of a large group. By participating in this project, I will have access to the ideas of each individual, all of which come from diverse backgrounds. This aspect alone ensures a better overall knowledge on the topic with the various participents. Along with this point, my capability of working with others will be enhanced. Especially working with those very different than myself and whom I have not had the chance to work with during previous projects or class assignments. "
