" I believe that healthy eating shouldn't just be good for your health, it should also be something you enjoy. We should embrace healthy foods with a mindset that the items we consume will only benefit us. I believe that cooking and trying recipes within our culture, as well as other cultures, can encourage healthy habits. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Healthy Eating Tastes Good
Healthy Eating Tastes Good aims to share healthy recipes that everyone can enjoy! By taking dishes all over the world and modifying it to enhance its nutritional value, it can taste amazing and benefit your health.
