Millennium Fellowship Project: Work-Home Stress Suppression
The mentioned project -WHSS Work Home Stress Suppression is a multi strategic insight to the combined stress form processes , situations at work, home, school and everywhere. Since communication and feedback involve at least two persons, stress is generated from weakness, failure, slight errors, misconception, inability to complete project on time, susceptibility to anger, sleep/food deprivation all contribute to make our world a pressure-polluted world, we all feel the pressure in traffic, in our boss' anger, at home with quarreling parents, noisy neighbors.
The solution first includes mentality affirmation by having a positive mentality
Then in terms of work/school, the organisation should organize therapeutical sessions to resolve built-up chronic stress, awareness and sensitization of students and workers to emancipating dangers of these stresses.
I hope to make the world a more positive place by us being nice and having a forgiving heart, this will conquer most problems of today.
