UNITED NATIONS ACADEMIC IMPACT AND MCN PROUDLY PRESENT CHUN YU HUGO PANG, A MILLENNIUM FELLOW FOR THE CLASS OF 2021.
University College London | London, United Kingdom | Advancing SDG 3 & UNAI 1
" Creativity and adaptability, fuelled by critical, careful thinking and well planning drive me to help build a better world, especially improving the universal health coverage of every country on Earth, especially those developing and lower-income countries. The skills I gain from the Millennium Fellowship would stand me in a good stead to make my social impact on a national and international level to advocate universal health coverage, aligned with the UNAI principles and SDGs. I am very looking forward to increasing my anticipatory competence by envisioning new ways of advocating and educating the public about the importance of universal health coverage. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Raising Public Awareness of The Importance of Universal Health Coverage
I have been contacting different professors and experts in universal health coverage to ask them to film a short 10-minute videos to explain the importance of universal health coverage, especially in developing countries. I have also intended to set up some workshops in primary schools to raise the children's awareness of the importance of universal health coverage and how fortunate we are to have good quality of universal health coverage in the United Kingdom. I have also taught my family lessons about the importance of universal health coverage.
