" Millennium Fellowship is one great opportunity to be able to help the people who surround me or the community where I belong or why not on a big scale. I also think that this project is another step to learn how all people can contribute to their community in order to make a better world for the actual and future generations. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: S.O.School

S.O.School’s aim was to create a community where students could express their feelings and hardships regarding mental health specifically linked to the challenges that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought. Within August-November 2021 we planned and created a weekly podcast where students could talk and learn about this important topic; as well as a downloadable manual that will aim to serve as a diary, planner, and mood-tracker, to help students identify the real causes of their daily stress.
