" Justice for One , Justice for all. I will consider my moto. If only we can get a platform or a means to educate the younger ones of their social rights. It will make a great impact in the lives of people and build self esteem. The Millennium Fellowship is a great platform for me and every other persons that has been offered this opportunity to propagate what we believe in. It's will also give me an opportunity to work and get to know like minds individual for further community development project yet to come. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Myrights
Myrights. Often times, most persons don't know their basic human rights and thus this rights are being infringe upon. Myrights seek to educate the youths of their basic human rights. Create awareness against incidence as social violence, domestic violence, child abuses. All this are factors that impede on the right of the people. Myrights wishes to educate more young youths of their human rights and ways to seek redress when this rights are being infringed upon.
About the Millennium Fellow
Yusuf Abdulmalik hails from the southern part of Edo state in Nigeria. He is currently in his final year programme at the University of Benin and studies Foreign Languages. (French Major). He believes in social justice, Respect for human rights and gender equality. During his secondary school education, he was among a movement that fought against the infringement of students right which led to the termination of students being used to cut grass in the school environment. He has also contributed immensely to to the academic welfare of students in his department and Faculty at large. Yusuf Abdulmalik his very passionate about Respect for human right and seizes any opportunity to educate about and safeguard the right of humans. He wishes one day to works with the United Nations, using his knowledge of French to better communicate and promote the United Nations sustainable Goals
