" Leadership and youth capacity development is the fuel that drives almost everything I do, being a Millennium Fellow gives me an opportunity to globally network with leaders all over the world, share ideas and use their ideas in addition to mine to cause great social impact, the boldness one would use as a global fellow of a reputable organization when advocating for change goes a long way to effecting public change than standing alone or in a local organization in most rural and some urban areas and those are my key zones of interest in change.
It's been a personal area of interest and has helped me develop into things I never really thought I could've done even as an undergraduate, getting others to reach limits they dont even know they have positively is the most rewarding goal, seeing how a community or an association has gotten better from my leadership is fulfilling and I want others who have or can acquire such life skill to be able to maximize it optimally in the right direction as we know these days it's not so hard to deviate to negative norms as a leader with negative mindset leaves behind the effect of a nuclear explosion in the lives of his/her/their people.
