ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2021

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In 2021, over 25,000 young leaders on 2,000+ campuses across 153 nations applied to join the Class of 2021. 136 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 2,000+ Millennium Fellows. The Class of 2021 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Eco Friendly Youths

Eco Friendly Youths is a project that focuses on SDG 6 and 12. It aims at educating people on proper management and disposal of waste and the dangers of disposing waste in water bodies. It also aimed at educating the people on the importance of recycling We hope to ignite passion in young people to do everything in their power to protect their environment by having the right attitude to waste management.

About the Millennium Fellow

Vorda Goodness Ije is a bright, intelligent and highly motivated lady.
She was born in Nigeria and resides in Nigeria where she's currently studying Economics at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka .
She's passionate about women's right,
human rights, black rights, sustainable environment, global politics and international economies.
Vorda has also served in various leadership positions and aspires to be a professional in her field where she can impact lives and contribute her part to achieving the United Nation's sustainable goals.
