Millennium Fellowship Project: Healthy Mind Healthy Living
The Healthy Mind Healthy Living Initiative is a mental health awareness campaign designed to help students and young adults understand the benefits of keeping a healthy mind and the coping mechanisms for handling anxiety, pressure and suicidal thoughts.
The program is a 2-Day webinar that held on the 13th and 14th of November, 2021 with 2 counsellors and a physiologist on seat to serve as a guide to members of the audience.
About the Millennium Fellow
Abdulmumin Damilola Ibrahim is an enthusiastic driver of excellence, service and quality. Abdulmumin is deeply committed to the growth and development of the world around him. He is a final year student of Pharmacy at the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria with special interests in the areas of Public health research, AMR, bioinformatics, CADD, Universal Health Coverage etc. Some of his research papers have been published in notable national and international journals. Over the years he has made impact and contributed to the growth of startups in medicine, pharmaceutical etc.
