About the Millennium Fellow

Abdulsalam Halimat is a bright, young and exceptional lady with a very high moral compass of what is right or wrong. She was born in Nigeria and currently resides there. She is studying law at the University of Ilorin, Kwara state, Nigeria.

Growing up in a country like Nigeria where poverty, injustice and inequity runs amok, it's decadence and social depravity has never been more prominent. This cannot continue to remain so. As such, she has invested all her energy into fighting for and advocating for the protection of human rights where necessary.

She has volunteered and participated in several philanthropic and justice driven organizations within Nigeria. She would love to be a driver and tool for the attainment of justice, both locally and globally.
