Millennium Fellowship Project: Healthy Mind Healthy Living
The Healthy Mind Healthy Living Initiative is a mental health awareness campaign designed to help students and young adults understand the benefits of keeping a healthy mind and the coping mechanisms for handling anxiety, pressure and suicidal thoughts.
The program is a 2-Day webinar that held on the 13th and 14th of November, 2021 with 2 counsellors and a physiologist on seat to serve as a guide to members of the audience.
About the Millennium Fellow
Ogundele Jesuyanmife is a young woman who is passionate about things concerning wellbeing and health. She is a Nigerian who volunteers in things pertaining to social impact and female mental health to mention a few. It is her desire to see a community void of mental disorders and living healthily.
