United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In 2021, over 25,000 young leaders on 2,000+ campuses across 153 nations applied to join the Class of 2021. 136 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 2,000+ Millennium Fellows. The Class of 2021 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

" I am really glad to be part of Millennium Fellowship as it part of my vision to achieve in 2021 to fulfill my goal planned. I am so delighted because this fellowship will benefit me to acquire more knowledge, training and many more as I progress. This fellowship is a privilege for me to share ideas thought and collaborate with like minded people from cross cultural region of the world. I strongly hope that quality education and equality with relevant skills by people from all stages will enhance development process in the society. That is why am so keen about improving education and output of children and youth in societal problems and becoming top notch In whatever profession they find themselves. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Zero to Hero

ZERO TO HERO INITIATIVE is aimed to transformed young people especially undergraduate into innovative and creative individual’s, A project aimed at building young people into a professionals orientated individuals that is set a place to take up opportunities and use the opportunities the right way. To enhance their self esteem, promote awareness and let them know that their is no limit to what they can achieve.This will also equip them with leadership traits that will enhance their full participation in the society. This is to leverage education as a tool for solving the problem of poverty and unemployment amongst students and graduates, improve the quality of students produced by schools and motivate out-of-school children a reason to embrace education. This is also designed to create a professional mindset in students, promote financial independence, and encourage them.

About the Millennium Fellow

Joshua oyewole ogunbileje, a global citizen who loves to explore from any part of the world, literacy ambassador is currently a third year student in department of mathematics at the University of Ilorin Nigeria. He is a young change maker who is passionate about ensuring quality education at all levels, and reducing inequality in the society. He is the founder of ZERO TO HERO. He has served in various leadership with notable achievements. He is known to having deep interest in learning. He has the passion for young people in building their leadership skills. He loves making impact wherever he find himself. He loves traveling, exploring opportunities and engaging in cultural activities.
