Millennium Fellowship Project: Think Agriculture
Project think agriculture is a project aimed to enlighten and inform people about agriculture, to improve the standard of living of people. Showing them that you don't need to have a big piece of land to practice agriculture but it can be organised in a way that human beings can cultivate their own crops.
About the Millennium Fellow
Chisalem Chukunda is a young, hardworking and creative undergraduate student studying Plant science and biotechnology at the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. She comes from Ikwerre, Emohua Local Government Area in Rivers State to be precise. She is a self employed hair dresser at the moment and currently resides in Dline, Port Harcourt. During her secondary school days, she was the Deputy Senior Prefect and the leader of Environment club which fuels her passion for conserving the environment. Chisalem is a lady who is enthusiastic about doing good and she believes in being able to change the world as a leader, especially in the agricultural sector to drive away hunger from the land and make food available to all. She is capable of achieving anything she sets her mind to accomplish.
