" Value adding should be watchword of every person. Being part of Millennium Fellowship is an avenue to give back to the society again. Also, Millennium Fellowship will help me grow and also build relationships with other people that will also spur me. I'm a preacher of value, I always want to add value anywhere I find myself. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Safety and Waste Management

The Safety and Waste Management Project was centered on educating students of the University of Port Harcourt on safety and proper waste disposal and management via the use of classroom talks/tours, posters, social media etc. We also carried out a sanitation exercise at the University's park and classroom areas. Prior to that development, the intended project target point was the market around the University area but we faced some challenges with getting the approval to do so. But with the help of the Student Union Government, we were able to carry out the exercise within the school premises.
