United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In 2021, over 25,000 young leaders on 2,000+ campuses across 153 nations applied to join the Class of 2021. 136 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 2,000+ Millennium Fellows. About the Millennium Fellow

Diala, Chimezie Bede is a simple passionate and positive results driven individual. He is a Biochemist and currently studying Pharmacy in the University of Uyo, Nigeria. Chimezie was born and resides in Nigeria, which he believes in and strides to make better. He has contributed meaningful to other students by organizing sports show, academic summits, health outreaches, leadership trainings and entrepreneurial expose. His interest in safe water and eradication of open defecation as part of SDG 6 is borne out of strong passion to de-enlist his country, Nigeria as the number one in Open defecation. He believes that good is inherent, better is found and experienced and best is worked out and acheived.
